Just days before one of the biggest matches of his career, WWE star Ludwig Kaiser has landed in serious trouble. Reports confirm that Kaiser was arrested for battery, with new details surfacing from a police report.
The incident actually dates back to April 23, nearly a month before his arrest. According to the report, police responded to a call around 6:30 p.m. from Richard Reap, who claimed he was attacked after asking a couple in an elevator to “please have some manners.” Reap alleged the man punched him multiple times and shoved him to the ground, leaving visible injuries.
Surveillance footage backed up parts of Reap’s account, showing him being struck and pushed. Kaiser was later identified through the building’s security footage and arrested after Reap picked him out in a lineup. He was released on a $1,000 bond.
Neither Kaiser nor WWE has commented on the situation, and it remains unclear whether this will impact his career. For now, Kaiser is still scheduled to compete as El Grande Americano at AAA Noche de Grandes, where he faces Chad Gable in a high‑stakes mask vs. mask
