WWE international talent scout Jim Smallman has outlined how aspiring wrestlers outside North America can reach out to him about being scouted for the company.
Smallman clarified that his role is specifically for experienced wrestlers based outside the USA, Canada, and Mexico. For North American talent, Gabe Sapolsky is the point of contact instead.
In a recent video shared on WWE Recruit’s social media, Smallman explained exactly what he’s looking for from hopefuls:
One recent match video (within the last three months)
One recent promo
Two photographs
A CV/Resumé including age, height, weight, wrestling experience, languages spoken, athletic background, and other relevant details
He emphasized that applicants should not send extra material and must follow instructions carefully, as he receives dozens of emails daily. Importantly, Smallman does not handle athletes without wrestling backgrounds — his focus is strictly on trained professionals.
For those who meet the criteria, Smallman’s email address is available via his official WWE Recruit profile page
